Under our union contract, employers are required to pay into a defined-benefit pension plan.

In every new contract, the Union has successfully fought to increase the amount management must pay into the pension fund.

Today, the pension ensures that our retired members have the high quality of life they deserve. Every month more than 2,000 retirees receive a pension check.
